With over 22 years of experience in the construction industry, Stephen is a highly accomplished senior construction professional with expertise in project management, contract management, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, programming, project performance analysis, team leadership, and system development and implementation. His strong technical acumen enables him to navigate complex project environments with precision and efficiency.
Stephen has experience in projects valued at up to $100 million across various sectors, leading large teams and coordinating multiple consultants and key stakeholders to deliver high-performance outcomes.
As the Director of ENDURACON, a specialised construction consultancy, Stephen leverages his extensive hands-on experience in both project and senior management roles to provide tailored solutions that enhance project performance, mitigate risks, and optimise commercial and contractual outcomes.
Based in Newcastle, NSW, ENDURACON is strategically positioned to support projects across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria, with the capability to extend services to other regions as opportunities arise.

Leading teams on large to small construction projects across multiple industry sectors, with significant technical requirements
Upstream and downstream management of all construction project financials and contractual matters
Resolving contractual disputes (upstream and downstream) and the mediation or adjudication process
Developing and auditing internal systems and projects to enhance efficiency and compliance, including corporate governance
Training and mentoring project teams to drive excellence and innovation in project delivery
