Lead the planning and preparation phase of construction projects before site works commence
Develop pre-construction strategies, schedules and risk assessments
Manage design coordination, approvals and early-stage risk assessments
Assist budgeting, cost estimation and value engineering to optimise project costs
Engage with clients, consultants and stakeholders to align project objectives

Oversee the planning, coordination and execution of construction projects from start to finish

Manage and oversee construction contracts from negotiation to completion
Review and negotiate contract terms to ensure reasonable risk mitigation and compliance with project requirements
Identify and mitigate contractual risks, including delays, variations and disputes
Ensure key stakeholders adhere to contractual obligations and timelines
Assist in claims preparation, dispute resolution and contract administration
Monitor contract performance, cost control and compliance with industry standards
Liaise with clients, builders, legal teams and internal project teams
